MCAD: 125 Years

To celebrate 125 years of creativity and innovation, MCAD students working with faculty Craig Rice and Jon Thomas created this film. Through interviews with faculty, alumni, and current staff, the piece showcases MCAD's impact on the creative community and sets the stage for the next chapter of excellence in one of America's most well-respected art and design schools.

We’re as old as the Statue of Liberty, Coca-Cola, the tuxedo, the typewriter ribbon, and the Tournament of Roses. But we’re new as well, with energetic creators joining our ranks each year—artists who are transforming the world through creativity and purpose.
