It seems that people can't stop talking about faculty member David Goldes.
His photographic series, Traces, was reviewed by Anti-Utopias, a curated contemporary art project founded in 2011 by Sabin Bors. Traces explores objects being stripped of their materiality. To achieve this look, Goldes wraps objects with metallic mesh.
Additionally, Goldes's photography book Water Being Water, which "guides viewers through still lifes that highlight the element’s profound various states," has been reviewed by Linnea Stephan ’13 in Juxtapoz Magazine.
