Joe Cecere's Take on Employee Engagement

Joe Cecere ’92, president of Little, a leading Minneapolis strategic design firm, was featured in a December Star Tribune article about employee engagement.

As someone who runs a leading brand strategy firm in the land of Fortune 500 company headquarters, it surprised Cecere to learn that Minnesotans scored worst in the nation when it came to employee engagement according to an early 2013 Gallup poll.

Cecere set out to learn why almost 70% of Americans were not engaged at work and how a brand can be strengthened from within through active communication and employee engagement.
