Angela Lensch ’02 is showing her one-of-a-kind, handmade jewelry in a new show opening Saturday. Lensch studied sculpture and furniture at MCAD and combines those skills with her humanitarian interests to have a worldwide impact through wearable art.
Lensch's work is inspired by Hindu concepts and practices learned during her time teaching a paper bead making workshop in Jaipur, India. Stringing together an intricate tapestry of precious metals, gemstones, and beads, Lensch's work examines how the smallest form is crucial to the binding together of a life.
