Suicide Awareness Film Made by MCADians [Video]

Alec Schwandt ’13 (director of photography) and current MCAD students Arnie Wilkin and Max Sjoeberg worked with writer and executive producer Hamid Torabpour on the recently completed feature-length film To Say Goodbye.

Shot in Owatonna with local actors and crew members, the film is about a widower who is trying to cope with his wife’s suicide. It will be made available to schools, churches, and suicide prevention organizations.

The film can be viewed for free online, and there will also be free public screenings in Owatonna, including one on February 21 at Northridge Church.
