Prominent artists and designers are proud to claim MCAD as their point of entry into the world of creativity and meaning. Our alumni are true entrepreneurs in their respective disciplines—leading projects and mentoring people in corporations, schools, nonprofits, design firms, and independent studios.

Rob Fischer ’93 Fine Artist Based in Brooklyn, Fischer salvages material from abandoned buildings and junkyards and reconfigures them into large-scale sculptural environments.	Christy Oates ’06 Furniture Designer at RMS Laser Oates is a pioneer of laser-cut furniture designs that transform from wall-mounted visual art to functional three-dimensional forms.
Julia Vickerman ’06 Animator and Storyboard Artist for Puny Entertainment Based in Los Angeles, Vickerman is an independent animator and storyboard artist. Her work includes Yo Gabba Gabba and the film Super.	Shen Wei ’03 Fine Art Photographer Born and raised in Shanghai, Wei was named one of the fifteen “new generation of photo pioneers” by American Photo in 2007.
Laura Fulk ’07 Fine Artist and Fashion Designer Fulk is an American fashion designer and artist who majored in Fine Arts Studio at MCAD. In 2008, the Minneapolis Star Tribune called Fulk “possibly the best show-woman in town.”	Eric S. Anderson ’98 Director and Editor Eric S. Anderson ’98 is a two-time Emmy winning director and editor for the title sequences of Dexter and Six Feet Under.
Keetra Dean Dixon ’99 Designer Keetra Dean Dixon ’99 is a New York–based designer and artist working under the handle FromKeetra.	Will Dinski ’03 Cartoonist In 2009, Dinski was acknowledged for his work with the Isotope Award for “Excellence in Mini-Comics.”
Nikki Will ’07 Designer and Art Director Based in San Francisco, Will has directed projects for clients including Target, Compaq, Chimay and Nordstrom.	Ann Wood ’86 and Dean Lucker ’85 Working together or apart, husband and wife Dean Lucker and Ann Wood explore a faintly antique corner of Americana.
