Art-i-facts: An Unconventional History of MCAD

August 26 – September 18, 2011
MCAD Second Floor Galleries
Exhibition reception: Friday, September 9, 6-8 p.m.
How would you represent your experiences at MCAD in a single object or expression? Is it a song? A t-shirt? A rotary phone? A package of Ramen Noodles or a Bic pen?
All alumni have been invited to submit just such an object (or text, video, etc.) that represents a memory of their experiences at MCAD.
To populate the unconventional timeline MCAD Gallery is interested in knowing which events, faculty, staff, students, etc. stand out in your mind. We’ll do some digging in the college archives to find physical collateral to your memories. Send any and all suggestions to gallery@mcad.edu.
You may view a gallery of images from the exhibition and reception.
