Early Registration

Students whose registrations are received on or before the early registration deadline will receive $25 off of the tuition total. This discount is given only on adult general classes and workshops. This is in addition to any other discounts listed below. Discount does not apply to Summer Youth Program classes, online classes, or Art Educator Workshops.

Multiple Course

Students who register for more than one adult general class at one time will receive $25 off each of the additional classes. This discount is given only on adult general classes and workshops. This applies only to same-day registrations and may not be applied to future registrations. Discount does not apply to Summer Youth Program classes, online classes, or Art Educator Workshops.

MCAD Alumni

MCAD alumni receive a ten percent discount on classes. To register as an alumni, select the noncredit tuition discount dropdown tuition option.

Museum and MPR Members

Members of The Minneapolis Institute of Arts, Walker Art Center, and Minnesota Public Radio receive a discount of ten percent on classes. To register as a partner member, select the noncredit tuition discount dropdown tuition option.

Seniors

A ten percent discount is offered on noncredit tuition for all classes and workshops taken by senior citizens (60+ years of age). To register as a senior, select the noncredit tuition discount dropdown tuition option.

MCAD Donors

Donors who give at the Benefactors, Dean’s List, and President’s Circle giving levels receive a ten percent discount on noncredit continuing education classes. To register as an MCAD Donor, select the noncredit tuition discount dropdown tuition option. For more information on donations, please call the development office at 612.874.3787.

Gift Certificates for Purchase

Gift certificates for MCAD Continuing Education classes and workshops may be purchased in any amount. These make excellent birthday, anniversary, and retirement gifts. Email continuing_education@mcad.edu or call 612.874.3765 for more information and to purchase a gift certificate.
