About Our Precollege Studio Intensives
Week-long Studio Intensives are designed to give high school students ages 15-18 a chance to explore a college-like curriculum in rigorous sessions. Each section introduces topics and processes that MCAD students study while pursuing their undergraduate degrees. Students receive one college credit for successfully completing both classes in a section.
Please note: This is a (1) credit-class. All students registering must take this class for credit. Credits are accepted by other institutions on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed by MCAD. It is recommended that students save syllabi and all evidence of their work.
Students who successfully complete a Summer Studio Intensive will receive an MCAD undergraduate application fee waiver (value: $50)!
Students must be fifteen years, and not older than eighteen years of age, on the first day of class. View complete policies here.
/ Register for more than one class at a time and receive $25 off each additional class (same-day, same-family registrations only)
