Let's Learn to Draw!: AM Section (Summer 2013)

Summer Studio Kids Ages 5-8

If you love to draw or wish you could draw things the way they really look, this is the week for you! We'll spend time drawing inside, outside, and at the museum this week, with a focus on the natural world and drawing from direct observation. We'll use traditional drawing materials like pencils and charcoal, and some unexpected ones too, to achieve some exciting results. Young artists will be amazed at what they can do! Families and friends are invited to join us on Wednesday to see what we've been up to and celebrate our new drawing skills!.

For students to get the most from these classes, it's important for them to have experience using scissors, possess tactile skills, and to also have experience in a group setting. Students in this program must be at least five years of age, and have attended kindergarten, prior to the first day of their session.

Please note: Before- and after-care offered through the Children's Theatre Company is not available during this week.
