Let's Learn to Draw AM

Summer Studio Kids Camps Ages 5-8

Back this summer by popular demand! If your child loves to draw or has expressed a desire to draw things the way they really look, this will be the perfect class!

Students will spend time drawing both inside and outside this week, with a focus on the natural world and drawing from direct observation. Students will use traditional drawing materials like pencils and charcoal–and some unexpected ones, too–to achieve dramatic results. Young artists will be amazed at what they can do! Families and friends are invited to join them on Friday to see what everyone has been up to and to celebrate these new drawing skills!

Students must be at least five years of age, and have attended kindergarten, prior to the first day of their class. View complete policies here.

Morning before-care (8:00-9:00 a.m.) and afternoon after-care (3:00-5:30 p.m.) arranged through the Children's Theatre Company (CTC) are available to students enrolled in an MCAD class.

Spend the entire day on our shared campus and register your child for a theater class at the CTC and a visual arts class at MCAD!

Note: An MCAD Teaching Assistant will escort your child to and from the CTC in between classes. Questions about payment, registration, and cancellation can be directed to the CTC.
