Online and Campus-Based Teaching Positions in Graphic Design, Web Design, and Web Development

The Minneapolis College of Art and Design offers two 30-credit post-baccalaureate certificates in graphic design and in interactive design and marketing for students who hold an undergraduate degree and want to develop professional skills. The certificates are awarded upon successful completion of a 10-course sequence completed over two or three years. The interactive design and marketing certificate is a fully online program with both students and faculty residing all over the country. Course content includes ideation, design history, web design and development, managing workflow and professional relationships, design theory, and research methods.

Professional designers, marketers, and web developers are invited to apply for teaching assignments (typically one course per semester) in these exciting programs. The post-baccalaureate certificates are offered through the continuing education department with full access to state-of-the-art computer labs, the print facility, and seminar classrooms at the college for face-to-face courses. Those applying for teaching assignments in the online program do not need to reside in Minnesota.
