The first person to reach both poles by dogsled, Will Steger is known by many titles: educator, activist, photographer, and explorer. He has spent more than fifty years traveling through the Arctic regions, advocating for the earth’s preservation and advising on permanent solutions to climate change.

Steger’s exhibition in the MCAD Concourse Gallery will feature photographs and journals from his expeditions, as well as clothing and other objects that he designed or adapted to withstand the difficult Arctic conditions.
