Diana Green has professionally taught grade school, high school, and college-level courses since 2000. She has shown at MCAD galleries, Aldrich Community Gallery, and Intermedia Arts. She served on Faculty Senate from 2012 to 2014, and served as coordinator for Mechademia in 2011.

She has published academically in numerous journals and anthologies since 2005, serves as peer reviewer for the online journal Comics Grid: The Journal of Comics Scholarship, and has presented at numerous conferences. Her most recent publications are articles in the online journal ImageText and sixty entries in Comics Through Time, a four-volume reference work, published by ABC-Clio in October 2014.

Green maintains a studio practice in comics and had a comic story included in a Russian anthology in 2014. She recently began working as a caregiver for people with AIDS, which informs her teaching and her life in unexpected ways.
