Julie Longo is a graphic designer with over 20 years of experience in a variety of creative settings, including design studios in St. Louis, and at the University of Iowa, and University of Minnesota. As an educator, she has taught design courses in the College of Design at the University of Minnesota, Augsburg College, and The Art Institutes International, Minnesota.
She is an active member of AIGA, and serves on the Education, and Design for Good Committees. Her design interests include typography, community-based design, and participatory design processes. She is also a printmaker, specializing in intaglio and screen-printing. Her work has been shown locally and is in several private collections.
