Originally from Buffalo, New York, Kelly O’Brien has established her gallery career in Atlanta, Georgia. She currently lives and works out of Minneapolis, and is an assistant professor of sculpture at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. O’Brien’s work has been reviewed on, featured in New American Paintings, as well as exhibited nationally and internationally at venues such as TEDxTalks, and is a recipient of a 2015 McKnight Fellowship for Visual Artists, funded by the McKnight Foundation and administered by the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
