Meagan Miller is a sculptor who works in a variety of materials including metal, wood and acrylic.  She also experiments with a variety of techniques from casting and traditional woodworking to digital fabrication and book binding.  Miller received her BFA in sculpture from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and her AAS in Architectural Technology from Dakota County Technical College. Since graduating, Miller received a fellowship at the Minnesota Center for Book Arts where she created an edition of handmade books on the experience of learning to use tools. Currently she is working on a series of sculptures that explore boxes as aesthetic objects and their potential design and function in a post apocalyptic society.
