Free Second Saturday

Corey Riggle ’06 recently accepted a position with Kreate Technology, developers of software for visual content production and deployment. He has moved to Bentonville, Arkansas, to provide software training and support to a major retailer.

Around The Farm Table Host Inga Witscher

Joe Maurer 98 is producing a new television series for Wisconsin Public Television with his wife and host Inga Witscher, a fourth-generation dairy farmer. Around the Farm Table is "a food and farming adventure, connecting consumers to small, thoughtful farmers through storytelling, forgotten recipes, and entertainment."

Ben Lifson ’13 will be hosting a live stream on YouTube to discuss his new series Super Academy on Sunday, December 8 at 4:00 p.m.

Recycled Trophies Cover

Emailing back and forth with Aaron Beebe, an artist Collins had never met/spoken to in person, the pair took turns creating partially made collages and sending to the other to complete. Twenty collages later, Recycled Trophies will show side-by-side comparisons of started and finished works.

Josh Quigley, from A Shameless Longing

Josh Quigley ’08, MFA, has been selected as one of three winners of the Conscientious Portfolio Competition. Annually produced by Conscientious Photo Magazine, the competition was judged by Alice Rose George, Ann-Christin Bertrand, and the magazine's founder and editor Jörg M. Colberg. The other 2013 winners are Dorothee Deiss and Bahar Habibi.

The Fun

Jake Yuzna ’05 is the author of the just-released book The Fun: The Social Practice of Nightlife in NYC. Yuzna profiled more than thirty artists, including the "royalty of Manhattan nightlife," in order to share with readers a history of the past four decades of after-dark activity in the nation's culture capital.
