Ann Tracy-Lopez

Ann Tracy-Lopez ’89 is exhibiting for the month of January at Rancho Linda Vista (RLV) Gallery, Oracle, Arizona. RLV is one of the oldest continuous artist communities in the United States. Tracy-Lopez is exhibiting work completed while on residency on the Beara Peninsula in West Cork, Ireland.

Student Luisa Rivera Nahrwold has been busy creating illustrations for a number of projects. Her latest work appears in Los Olivos, a conceptual book about olive oil, and with an article in the newest issue of UVA Magazine. Both publications are produced in Chile.

You Must Stand This While Reading There

Isa Gagarin ’08 is featured in You Must Stand This While Reading There, a group exhibition currently on view at David Petersen Gallery. As part of curator Nathan Coutts's orchestration of activity, she wrote instructions for an artwork made by a priest in St. Paul, and she also has a recent work on display in the back gallery.

Work by Katelyn Farstad ’10 is also on view.

Free Second Saturday

Corey Riggle ’06 recently accepted a position with Kreate Technology, developers of software for visual content production and deployment. He has moved to Bentonville, Arkansas, to provide software training and support to a major retailer.

Around The Farm Table Host Inga Witscher

Joe Maurer 98 is producing a new television series for Wisconsin Public Television with his wife and host Inga Witscher, a fourth-generation dairy farmer. Around the Farm Table is "a food and farming adventure, connecting consumers to small, thoughtful farmers through storytelling, forgotten recipes, and entertainment."

Kristen Lowe ’88 was featured in the Star Tribune yesterday for her documentary Painting the Place Between.

Super Academy

Ben Lifson ’13 will be hosting a live stream on YouTube to discuss his new series Super Academy on Sunday, December 8 at 4:00 p.m.

Recycled Trophies Cover

Emailing back and forth with Aaron Beebe, an artist Collins had never met/spoken to in person, the pair took turns creating partially made collages and sending to the other to complete. Twenty collages later, Recycled Trophies will show side-by-side comparisons of started and finished works.
