Corinne Wright, onetime photo/animation double major who's now a corporate counsel for a food manufacturing company, recalls similar academic freedom."I am crazy curious," she insists, adding that, "I like using my entire brain... [and now] I solve legal problems the same way I solve aesthetic or design problems. So, MCAD training carried over into the legal profession."
None of these professionals considers him or herself a "former" artist, still creating personal work or engaging with art in other ways. Wright, for example, is regularly "up in my studio, drawing, painting, and just making."
