Hot Picks
Five local guest curators have reviewed this year’s Art Sale offerings and have selected their “hot picks,” or artists to watch. These items, selected from all areas of the Art Sale, are identified by a hot pink label. Check them out! This year’s curators are:

  • Design/Illustration: Don McNeil, Curator, General Mills Art Collection; Emily Galusha, Former Director, Northern Clay Center
  • Printmaking: Cole Rogers, Artistic Director/Master Printer, Highpoint Center for Printmaking
  • 3D/Furniture: Fuller Cowles, Sculptor and Co-founder, Franconia Sculpture Park
  • Photography: Xavier Tavera ’14, Photographer
  • Painting: Jennifer Phelps, Director, Burnet Fine Art & Advisory

Need help during the event?
Look for the Art Sale hosts in pink T-shirts. They can help answer questions about the art, carry oversized pieces, package work, and assist with checkout.

As always, thank you so much for your support of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. We are pleased you can join us for this exciting annual event in support of MCAD students and alumni!
