On- and Off-Campus Housing

International students are eligible for on-campus housing and should complete the housing application by May 1 if they wish to live on campus.

Domestic students can also apply for on-campus housing, but priority is given to international students and undergraduates. Domestic MFA students might not be assigned until mid-August.

Our college cafeteria, the MCAD Bistro, is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the school year. There you’ll find fresh-cooked meals, along with beverages and snacks, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Items can be purchased with or without a meal plan, which may be added through your student account.

If you like to cook, you can always visit nearby grocery stores and plan your own meals. Our convenient campus shuttles make regular trips to a local grocery store.
