In this fun, hands-on class, students will utilize several different techniques to make large sheets of handmade paper: pouring, dipping and building-up to big. Students will explore all of these options, as well as several pressing and drying methods, adding inclusions into the sheets, playing with color and adding simple watermark imagery to the sheets. Finished sheets of paper can be used for window coverings, large artworks, books and more. / Materials fee of $25 and facilities fee of $36 in addition to course tuition. / Open to students ages 16 and above. / View complete policies.

What to bring: Anything you might like to put into the paper as inclusions. This may be flowers, leaves, other decorative papers, confetti ( NO GLITTER!!!), images or prints on thin tissue paper, threads. If you're not sure if your items will work, bring them along and we can decide together.
