One of a Kind: Monotypes

Making monotypes is work that's so engaging it feels like play! In this short class, students will create images on plexiglass using ink, stencils, found objects, and whatever comes to hand and mind. With the magic of presses and serendipity, students will create at least two unique images. This class is perfect for beginners or for artists experienced in any medium who need play time to refresh their vision and generate new ideas. Nontoxic, water-based inks will be used. / Materials fee of $25 and facilities fee of $21 in addition to class tuition. / Open to students ages 18 and above. / View complete policies.

What to bring: Pen or pencil; notebook or sketchbook. A complete list of suggested materials will be discussed during the first class meeting.

What to wear: Clothes appropriate for messy creativity, closed-toe shoes are required, long hair should be pulled back.

If the minimum enrollment is not met by the deadline above, the class will be canceled on this date. Registration will remain open after this date if the minimum enrollment has been met.

Class Savings
