Thank you for joining this free workshop offered through Continuing Education at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Bring some pep back to letter-writing and explore simple illustration, hand lettering, and composition techniques to create one-of-a-kind messages to stay connected to friends, family, and loved ones. Artist Andi Fink, will demonstrate the basics of envelope addressing and how to make use of materials on hand at home - the materials aren't special, but what you do with them is. This workshop will feature a question and answer, a demonstration of hand lettering and addressing techniques, as well as downloadable curriculum about hand lettering and illustrations that you can use after the course is complete.
