Lee, an intern at Public Art Saint Paul, is busy planning an upcoming food event at the Hmongtown Marketplace. The event, which takes place February 18, will teach youth how to make things like spring rolls and ice cream while also promoting healthy eating. He is also in the design phase of a new sculpture for the green space around the market's entrance. The sculpture will attract people to visit, shop, and spend time there.
