2012/13 McKnight Visual Artists Fellowship Exhibition

The Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD) and The McKnight Foundation are proud to present an exhibition of new work by the recipients of the 2012/13 McKnight Artist Fellowships for Visual Artists: Jim Denomie of Shafer, MN, and Chris Larson, Ruben Nusz, and Natasha Pestich of the Twin Cities.

Artists for All Ages

This exhibition highlights the work of artists who are also dedicated teachers. They are artists who choose to share what they know about art making to people from all walks of life. Employed by MCAD’s department of Continuing Education, they engage and inspire eager learners from age 5 to 85, teaching classes that range from cyanotype workshops to building fabulous forts and secret spaces.

After MCAD, where do you turn to get ideas and creative feedback? Collab/Crit Night is an opportunity to showcase your work, solicit feedback, and seek collaboration from your MCAD peers. Informal and intimate, this event is free and open to all MCAD alumni, seniors, and grad students. Share your work, or just come for the discussion and beer.
