Natasha Pestich works primarily in installation, though she studied printmaking. Her printed wearable pieces and her rooms have been showcased in alternative spaces in the U.S., Rome, and Scotland.

Pestich has participated in collaborative projects and community-based work. She was invited to participate in the Philadelphia Invitational Portfolio, working with Silicon Gallery to produce a limited-edition digital print.

Pestich's work is included in the private collections of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Philadelphia Academy of Fine Arts. She is also a fellow with the Institute for Community Cultural Development, which is designed to provide insights and skills for leadership roles in the field of arts-based community development.
