Faculty member Piotr Szyhalski's COVID-19: Labor Camp Report is currently being featured in two locations, and just wrapped up its first international showing in Weimar, Germany. Additionally, Szyhalski will be speaking about the project as a part of the Walker Art Center's 2022 Design Insights Lecture Series.

Szyhalski created COVID-19: Labor Camp Report at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. What started as a single drawing slowly morphed into a daily practice, a way to reconcile and record the thoughts, feelings, and change being wrought in the world. This prominent project has been featured in many notable places, including The Anderson (Richmond, Virginia), Minnesota Museum of American Art (St. Paul), and Mia (Minneapolis).
