Art Sale

Buy Art. Smile. Repeat. You've been waiting all year for this, so get it on your calendar early! The MCAD Art Sale is the Twin Cities creative celebration. Thousands of people come together on campus to hunt for one-of-a-kind artwork by students and alumni. Will we see you there? Whether you're adding to (or starting) your own collection, shopping for the holidays, or just looking forward to a fun weekend browsing with friends, there's something for everyone.

Celebrating MCAD students, alumni, and the wider community, the Art Sale is a tradition that has generated millions of dollars for emerging artists. Following a commitment to supporting students and alumni, 80% of all sales go directly to the artist.

Thursday, November 21
First Access Party

6:00–9:00 p.m.

Admission: $175

Online ticket sales have closed. Limited tickets will be available at the door.

Celebrate in style, and be the first to shop the most sought-after pieces. Plus, your ticket supports student scholarships.

Look forward to: a hosted bar, with beer, wine, and cocktails; light bites; DJ entertainment; and complimentary valet parking.

The tax-deductible value of each ticket is $125

Friday, November 22
Date Night

6:00–9:00 p.m.

Online ticket sales are closed. Tickets are available at the door.

Make a night of the sale with your sweetie, your friends, your work team, or your mom. Might we suggest dinner on Eat Street before you arrive?

Look forward to: Beer and wine for purchase, DJ entertainment, and mingling with the many students and alumni come out for the evening.

All participating artists receive free admission.
Alumni can purchase (one) discounted ticket for $15.
