Written by Alexis Schramel | Photos by Eric Butler MCAD MFA alum Hend Al-Mansour '02 is featured in a two-person exhibition called Outside of Time - Slow Journeys on Paper at Rosalux Art Gallery in Minneapolis. This exhibition kicked off the new year with presentations gradual placements of paper by Hend Al-Mansour and Eleanor McGough. Al-Mansour showcases illustrations from her book Zaynab’s Night of Destiny, which is the story of a young immigrant girl's journey through identity within the American social context. Along with copies of her children's book, original work on gouache and ink on Yupo paper are displayed. Make sure to stop by Rosalux to see the show before it closes on January 30, 2022!
