In order to register or be registered for classes, the Disclosure and Enrollment Agreement must be completed. This form, and all of the registration information, will be available and emailed to students in late spring. Once the form is completed, an advisor will register the appropriate classes for students or students will register themselves. An advisor always needs to grant registration clearance to register for classes.

Instructions

  1. Log into my.MCAD.edu
  2. Click on the “Registration” tab, located on the black bar near the top of the page.
  3. Click “My Registration and Course Search” to get to the Disclosure and Enrollment Agreement.

  4. Select the term you are registering for, and then click “Complete the MCAD Disclosure and Enrollment Agreement form” to open up the form.

  5. Review the agreement. Click “I Agree” and “Submit” to complete the form. A copy of the agreement will be sent to your MCAD email address.
