Image Alumni ’23 , MA Degree MA, Creative Leadership Morgan Melto (she/her) is a graduate of MCAD's inaugural 2023 Master of Arts in Creative Leadership. As VP, Head of Creative People at The T!LT Group, a creative agency specializing in corporate events and experiences, she leads a team of exceptionally talented, creative, and hilarious humans who keep her on her toes and teach her something every day. She firmly believes that the more fun the meeting name, the more productive the meeting, she tries really, really hard to keep exclamation points to under 3 per email, and generally tries very hard to keep it together (with varying degrees of success.) She lives in Chicago with her husband, an unhinged but adorable rat terrier, and over 60 potted plants. She’ll tell you their names once you get to know her.
