What do you do for work?

I am an interdisciplinary artist working in photography, video, and mixed media.

What was your major and how did you choose it? Was it the right choice?

Photography. I chose the major because I felt most passionate about it, and it was definitely the right choice for me.

What inspires you and your work?

Everyday life, travel, and music.

Current obsession?

Video art.

What advice do you have for current MCAD students?

Be patient. Focus on making new work.

Tell us about your internship.

My internship was to help archive artwork at the estate of Malcolm Myers.

Who was your favorite teacher and why?

David Goldes is one of my favorite teachers at MCAD. He had introduced me to many different ways of thinking about art and photography. I am also very inspired by his work.
