Scott McGlasson is a furniture designer and woodworker based in the Twin Cities. His company WOODSPORT has been making furniture and lighting pieces for residential, corporate, and hospitality clients in the U.S. and other countries since 2000. With an emphasis on thoughtful utilitarian design, flawlessly executed craft, and sustainably harvested materials, McGlasson’s work has won numerous awards and been featured in many publications including the New York Times, Wallpaper, Dwell, and Fine Woodworking. McGlasson lives in South Minneapolis with his wife and rescue pitbull.
