Wed, Sep 19, 2018, 1 –2 pm Auditorium 150 Visiting Artist Lecture Image Adrienne Callander Adrienne Callander is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Arts Entrepreneurship, with a cross-appointment in the Department of Art and the Department of Management in the Sam M. Walton College of Business. Callander’s research focus is arts entrepreneurship, visual art, design thinking, and interdisciplinary studies. She teaches arts-based entrepreneurship along aesthetic, social, and commercial trajectories, facilitates creative collaboration, and partners with on- and off-campus entities to grow opportunities and engagement through entrepreneurship and the arts. A practicing artist, she has exhibited her work in the US and abroad, including at Simon Fraser University Gallery (Vancouver, Canada), the Speed Museum (Louisville, Kentucky), the Hogar Collection (Brooklyn, New York), the Mississippi Museum of Art (Jackson, Mississippi), Gullkistan (Laugarvatn, Iceland), and the Kunsthochschule für Medien (Cologne, Germany).
