Aaron Grey is a Supervising Creature Development Technical Director at Industrial Light and Magic.

Grey has led international teams of artists to create and simulate digital characters and environments for such films as Life of PiReady Player OneCaptain America: Civil War, and Avengers: Infinity War.

In his time contributing on over twenty feature films, Grey has been found simulating dinosaurs crashing into buildings, wrestling with python code, doing character rig show and tells for animators, painfully replicating frame by frame the beautiful movement of underwater hair for Aquaman, and contemplating the pros and cons of a physically accurate or stylized muscle jiggle on the Incredible Hulk’s butt cheeks.

Grey's proudest career moments include receiving an Annie Award nomination for his work on the Indominous Rex dinosaur from Jurassic World and being part of the team that built the tiger for the Academy Award-winning film Life of Pi.
