Image Faculty Title Instructor Education MS, Indiana University Current Career User Experience Designer Location Twin Cities, Minnesota Alex Brown is a Twin Cities-based user experience designer. His passion for design blossomed while studying cartography and graphic design during his undergraduate studies. After graduating, he transitioned to creating more digitally-based products and has been designing in that space ever since. Brown has designed for startups, Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and more. His design work and interests also span digital design from things like mobile and web-based products to virtual reality and voice. In addition to his work experience, he holds a master's in human-computer interaction from Indiana University and helped teach user experience research and design to undergraduate and graduate students. He also has been involved with UX mentorship programs in the Twin Cities and efforts to expand UX/design education in the Twin Cities.
