Originally from Vermont, she received her BFA from Savannah College of Art and Design and her MFA from School of Visual Arts. She has created illustrations and animations for such publications as the New York Times, the New Yorker, NPR, and Prime Video. With her own work, and in teaching, her focus is on art with purpose, story, and heart.
