Calvin Hafermann is an artist and educator based in Minneapolis, MN. Hafermann holds a BFA in sculpture from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Primarily working in sculpture, his practice also encompasses jewelry and small-scale metalworking, often integrating digital fabrication technologies with traditional processes such as casting.


Currently working as the Digital Lab Coordinator in MCAD's 3D shop, Hafermann has previously worked in educational and community programming capacities at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, Highpoint Center for Printmaking and the Walker Art Center. He has exhibited and curated at Waiting Room Art, Minneapolis.
