A collection of comics, most snippets from larger narratives I am working on. Made both for print and web and full of fanciful and odd worlds and characters, with an emphasis on interactions, meetings, and relationships. Why did you decide to come to MCAD? I decided to come to MCAD for the comic art program. Read Heliopolis Favorite thing about college life (so far)? I get to learn the things I used to try to teach myself through over-extended library books and never-ending playlists of tutorials on YouTube and anything else I could find. Now I get to practice my favorite art. What are your plans for your senior year? And beyond? I plan to self-publish comics and hope to find work in the comic and/or animation industries. What inspires you? I'm inspired by times I have fun with my friends, pains and dreams I harbor, and my muse: Toby the cat. Read Guile Do you have a favorite piece you've made? Describe it! My favorite piece is Guile's inventory page, drawn with charcoal on comic board. Guile is a collaborative comic I'm conceptualizing with friends and they make it very fun. Every time I work on a new installment of Guile I try to incorporate whatever new things I've learned and pushed it even further. Anything you're obsessed with at the moment?
