A variety of pattern print proofs for a larger project, as well as a set of reductive block prints. There was a large piece of handmade paper and red cellophane to interact with the light coming in, since I chose the spot under the stairs to the cafe. A film was also projected on the ceiling, and I had a small artist book to look through. Lots of work to set up. Totally worth it. Why did you decide to come to MCAD? I came to MCAD for the art, and printmaking studios! What's next for your practice? Anything you're really excited to make? Gonna be doing an installation-based printmaking piece, and collaborating on it. Not sure exactly what it'll be about, but I'm looking forward to it Favorite thing about college life (so far)? No clue, there's so many things that could be. Lets see, for now I'll say a small thing which is on my mind; I enjoy the birds living under the lights outside my dorm building. What inspires you? So many things! I could write a library on what inspires me. So here is a single word which ought to inspire you, or at least make your day just that much better; Cats :D Do you have a favorite piece you've made? Describe it!
