Amit Tishler places first at JewCE 2024 and announces two new adaptations for The Last Wardens

MCAD Alumni Amit Tishler ’12 placed first in two categories at The 2024 Jewish Comics Experience (JewCE). Tishler was awarded ‘Writer of the Year’ and ‘Jewish Tradition and Folk Lore Narrative’ for his graphic novel Edenfrost.

These accomplishments coincide with the announcement of two new adaptations of The Last Wardens, a comic series Tishler co-created with Elliot Sperl. Encyclopocolypse will be producing an audio drama retelling of the comic book, and Studio Far Horizons has created a tabletop roleplaying game which is now available to pre-order.
