Kelly Frankenberg ’03 is one of eighteen artists featured as part of Art to Change the World's 'Art Passports on Parade', a new addition to Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association's 29th annual Art-A-Whirl program.

The event, which annually attracts 40,000 people to the Minneapolis Northeast Arts District, is an opportunity for local artists in the area to open up their studios to the public and see how they make artwork. This year, the non-profit Art to Change the World is introducing Art Passports on Parade, in which all artists involved with ACW (including Frankenberg) will be able to stamp 'passports' for people, with the passports being put in a raffle and the winner getting a $500 piece of art of their choosing.
