Susan Hagen ’80 is launching a new exhibition at the Schuylkill Center in Philadelphia, where she is one of their LandLab artists-in-residency.

The Bird Ethic is a fitting name for Hagen's diorama-based and sculpture-driven exhibition. A mixed media experience indoors and outdoors, the eight sculptures explore virtues, ethical challenges, and opportunities between humans and birds, with some sculptures exploring building a "Bird Ethic" and some exploring the lack thereof.

The Bird Ethic
October 7–December 16
Opening Reception: October 7, 1:00–3:30 p.m.
The Schuylkill Center (Philadelphia)
