November 17, 2023 Image Jen Hancock ’19 was featured in a panel at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) in July of this year. Women of Concept Art for Film & TV brought together this year's panel of five talented artists, including Hancock, and was moderated by a successful costume designer, Mairi Chisholm. It is noted in the article that “the panel session was one of the most popular at this year’s SDCC, with other 1,000 people in attendance”. Hired by costume designers, Hancock’s job requires her to help conceptualize costumes visually/artistically for approval/funding by a director/studio before it is made.
