April 01, 2024 Image The Wyoming Arts Council selected Dakota Hoska ‘12 as a juror for the 2024 Native Art Fellowship. Hoska (Oglála Lakȟóta Nation, Pine Ridge, Wounded Knee) works to advocate for the curation of Native North American art collections. She is currently employed at the Denver Art Museum as Associate Curator of Native Arts. In the past, she has worked in several curatorial positions to elevate the visibility of Native Arts, including at the Minneapolis Institute of Art where she curated the groundbreaking exhibition Hearts of Our People: Native Women Artists.
