Iverson's Coven Interviewed About Men's Workplace Ethics

Bethany Iverson ’06 has recently held a conversation with MSP Magazine on workplace studies she did with her co-working company The Coven.

Iverson, who holds a Master's in rhetoric, scientific and technical communication from the University of Minnesota, and co-runs The Coven, a company geared towards women, nonbinary and trans people, has conducted a study on men in the workplace, and how it essentially boils down to the fact that men have feelings.

“Often," Iverson stated, "when we do these big, multi-thousand-person surveys, people just answer the questions and get through it. ... It was obvious that, Oh, these dudes need someone to listen to them."
