Kalvestran's View on Life, Work, and Exhibitions

Jamie Kalvestran ’85 has recently displayed an exhibition of her artwork in Granite Falls.

Talking to the West Central Tribune, Kalvestran goes over her art and design career, growing up wanting horse book and art supplies in north-central Wisconsin, working at Tonka and helping design trucks and accessories for Pound Puppies, all the way up to her newest exhibit, which ran from July 31st through August 26th at the Granite Area Arts Council – Riverside Artist Gallery in Granite Falls, Minnesota.

"I've got to say, I feel I have landed in a real sweet spot," Kalvestran has said. "The people have been amazing."
