Angela Lensch ‘01 transforms traditional art into dynamic, wearable creations at her gallery. Known for her finely woven gold and silver jewelry, Lensch’s pieces are designed to be both artistic and wearable, blending functionality with fine art.

As a lifelong jewelry artist, Lensch now creates high-end yet affordable pieces from gold-filled and sterling silver. She has recently introduced solid copper earrings inspired by kinetic sculptures once made by guest artist Dave Riemer. Following Riemer's retirement in 2019, Lensch learned his techniques, meticulously crafting about 4,000 copper cups each winter. Her kinetic sculptures, often with spinning segments, highlight her engineering expertise and commitment to the craft.

In addition to kinetic art, Lensch also creates mosaics. Her most ambitious work, a concrete bust titled Cleopatra, took two winters to complete.
